At Kickstars Football we are committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure. Our Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect and how it will be used in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

What information will we collect?

We may collect information such as your name, email address, contact telephone number, children's name, children’s gender and date of birth, home address, medical conditions and where you heard about Kickstars Football. 

How will your information be used? 

This will only be used by Kickstars Football to operate and planning & marketing of our sessions. We may provide information to the coaching team and office staff to support or supply the sessions appropriately or to contact you regarding Kickstars Football. 

We may also use your information to contact you about other products or services that may be of interest or for market research purposes. You will always have the option to opt out of such communication. 

How long will we keep your data? 

We will keep the information stated above for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil the purposes that we describe in this policy. However, as a general rule, we will keep the information you provide when your child registers with Kickstars Football, together with any updates you make to that information, for the duration of your child’s enrolment.

Who will we share your information with?

We will not sell your data to any third parties; all sharing of data will be for Kickstars Football use only. We may share your information if requested with any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or third party where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party. We promise we will never share your details with anyone else. 

Collection of financial data

We will not personally store any of your personal financial data that may be used when ordering products or services.

Terms and Conditions

When your child enrols to a Kickstars Football session the formal Terms and Conditions will be presented to you. By enrolling your child you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. 

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of any information that we currently hold about you by emailing hello@kickstarsfootball.co.uk. A small charge of £10 will be required for administration costs.

What if I have a complaint?

At Kickstars Football we will always endeavour to resolve any complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction. A complaint should be emailed to hello@kickstarsfootball.co.uk for the main office to deal with. All complaints will be responded to within 24 hours.
